How long does it take for my order to ship after placing it?
We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you choose expedited processing at checkout, we will ship within 24-48 hours, depending on the time of day the order is placed.


Which carrier do you use?
We use Imile/DeaIfy to ship all items. For international shipments, your local postman will process and deliver the item once it enters your country.


How long will it take to arrive?
We ship within 1-3 business days and usually receive within 4-7 business days. Please check our shipping information to see how many days it will take for your item to arrive. International destinations have different delivery times

What about customs fees/taxes?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible, including affixing the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.


Cancellation and Exchange
Can I cancel or change my order?

We strive to begin production of all orders as quickly as possible. Depending on when you place your order, it may be canceled if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our support team to check whether changes or cancellations are possible and explain why you wish to cancel.


My item is damaged/incorrect, what should I do?
Please contact our support team for any items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong, including photos of the item.

We will arrange to send a replacement item to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support.


Can I return an item?
We hope you will love your purchase. If you have any concerns about this or you are considering returning an item, please contact our support team for assistance and explain why you would like to return the item. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Note that personalized items may be deducted from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
